Teacher Preparation

Pioneer Technology Center’s Teacher Preparation program prepares students for a rewarding career shaping the lives of children of all ages. Students work with children ages one to five in Pioneer Tech’s on-site Children’s Lab & Pre-school and learn about health, safety and nutrition, child development, and classroom management, just to name a few. This program leads young people on a path to become an accomplished teacher. Students will choose from early childhood, elementary, or secondary education levels. Observations and internships in public schools and childcare centers are a part of the curriculum.
