Prepare for your Pioneer Tech journey with these streamlined steps:

Step #1: Apply Online: Visit our website to complete the application tailored to your student status. Applications for long-term programs are open from February to September, with classes starting in August. The Practical Nursing program begins in September and March, running through the summer.

Step #2: Assessment: High school students need Pre-ACT scores. If you lack Pre-ACT or ACT scores, schedule our complimentary WorkKeys test HERE. You must have a valid photo ID.

Step #3: Career Interview: If you have Pre-ACT or ACT scores, or if you're an adult or non-district high school student, call Student Services at 580-718-4234 to schedule an interview. District high school students (Blackwell, Newkirk, Tonkawa, Ponca City, Woodland) can arrange meetings at their school in February or March. Bring your transcript and scores. If you miss our counselor, call to arrange an interview.

Adult students with disabilities qualify for services under the American Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the ADA Amendments Act of 2008. Documentation of a disability is needed to receive services. Accepted documentation may include, but is not limited to, Individualized Educational Programs (IEP), 504 Accommodation Plans and medical documentation of a disability or health concern. If possible, students are encouraged to submit documentation and make requests for accommodations prior to the beginning of classes to ensure the appropriate delivery of services. Accommodations must be related to the documented disability.
