Guaranteed Graduate

Pioneer Technology Center is pleased to offer to our students the Guaranteed Graduate Initiative.

Area employers can feel confident in hiring Pioneer Tech graduates who qualify for the guarantee; the rigorous screening process includes:

  • Verification of High School Diploma or GED

  • Completion of all Career Major course requirements

  • PTC GPA > 3.0

  • PTC Attendance < 6 absences per year (3 tardies/early outs = 1 absence)

  • Achieve a WorkKeys endorsement

  • Achieve a credential, license, certification or exam (End of Instruction, Predicator) related to Career Major 

  • If the employer experiences issues or concerns with the Guaranteed Graduate’s performance during the first 90 days of employment, the employer can contact Pioneer Tech. Instructors from PTC will coach, retrain and support the graduate at no cost to the employer. Pioneer Tech stands by our guaranteed graduates.
