Pioneer Technology Center’s Business Incubator is designed to create and nurture the growth and development of a new or start-up business. It’s a place where you can rent affordable space, talk with mentors who understand small business needs, access technical assistance, network with other entrepreneurs, and find resources to help your business. The facility has space for service, light manufacturing and wholesale businesses; meeting rooms; office equipment; and a breakroom with a refrigerator, coffee service and microwave. There is also a Contractor’s Plan Room where tenants can view government RFIs and RFQs, and local projects out for bid. The incubator houses an occupational safety training room. As an added perk, the Business and Industry Services (BIS) team offices are adjacent to the incubator for easy access to business resources. This highly-skilled team of professionals work with startup companies to help them grow, regardless of industry. Our business services are packed with tools to ensure you can focus completely on your work at hand.
