Josh Brown and Ty Jansma are the Pioneer Technology Center (PTC) March Students of the Month. Brown is an adult student from Ponca City in the Precision Machining program. His instructor praises his positive attitude and willingness to help other students. He also takes every opportunity to get his work done and plans to enter the workforce at his father’s machine shop after graduation. Ty Jansma is a PO HI senior and enrolled in the Information Technology (IT) program. A recent 2nd place winner in Computer Security at State BPA, Jansma will go on to represent PTC at Nationals in Anaheim, CA. According to his instructor, he stays caught up on his work and takes on extra projects as they come in. He also plans to further his training in IT at the university level. These celebrated PTC students can fill up their Student of the Month cups with their favorite beverages at no cost for the entire month.
