PTC Summer Academies
FOR STUDENTS ENTERING 8TH -10TH GRADE
Limit 2 academies per student and 10 students per class. $25 per class.
Most classes are offered from 8-11 am or 1 - 4 pm depending on instructor availability.
Horsepower Academy June 5-8
Learn the ins and outs of how a vehicle actually works
Culinary Academy June 12-15
Learn skills to create yummy treats
Computer Animation Academy June 12-15
Experience digital art through graphic design and computer animation
Welding June 19-22
Learn the basics of an oxy fuel cutting torch, plasma torch and GMAW/MIG process
Firefighter Academy June 19-22
Discover basic firefighting skills
Babysitting Academy June 19-22
Develop the skills needed to safely supervise and manage children
Engineering Academy June 26-29
Explore binary & hexadecimal and play with the Turing Tumble
Metalworks Academy July 10-13
Let your imagination run wild through designing projects made from metal
