ADVANCED BEVERAGE SERVICE - Oct. 2 & 9, 6-9 pm, Pioneer Tech, Room B202 (Culinary Classroom). Learn about various types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, review glassware, and the tools used to create a variety of drinks. Providing good quality customer service and discussing responsible alcohol service will also be covered before the second week’s lab class. Week two will feature a lab-based experience where learners will review garnishes, presentations, and etiquette before mixing their own creations and sampling others. Cost is $79.
